As a therapist, social worker, speaker, and founder of Amour Amour LLC, I have dedicated my career to helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion, practical tools, and hope.

My approach combines professional expertise, lived experience, faith-based values, and a deep commitment to community well-being. Whether I'm facilitating a workshop, speaking to an audience, supporting a wellness initiative, or working with individuals, my goal remains the same: to help people build healthier lives and stronger communities.

I don't believe people need perfection. I believe they need support, resources, and opportunities to grow.
